Rescheduling/Cancellations

Interview cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled interview time may be rescheduled to a different date/time. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be rescheduled and you will be removed from the current guest lineup queue. You will have to wait until the current queue is completed in order to schedule your interview again.  
 

Lateness/No-Shows

If you are not available within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time, your interview will be deemed a "no show" and therefore be cancelled. All interviews scheduled must be cancelled or rescheduled with 24-hours notice to avoid removal from interview lineup.

Your opportunity to be on Moving Making with Ranelle Golden will be revoked if you have two or more unreasonable cancellation requests and/or no-shows, within a 6 month period.

Guest Conduct

Please do not ask Ranelle Golden for unrelated information, including but not limited to, her personal contact information, as such things are under her discretion to offer. Keep all conversations focused on content in relation to your podcast interview. Any guest causing Ranelle Golden to feel pressured or uncomfortable will result in cancellation of pending interview or forfeiture of any remaining interview time.

Consent Release​

Guests on the Movie Making with Ranelle Golden podcast must agree to the recording and distribution of Guest's voice and performance as part of Movie Making with Ranelle Golden.

Ranelle Golden is the sole owner of all rights in and to the Movie Making with Ranelle Golden podcast, and Ranelle Golden has the sole right to use, publish, and distribute this podcast and Guest's performance in any and all media platforms worldwide, as she sees fit, in perpetuity. 
 

• Guests understand that nothing stated in this policy implies that Ranelle Golden has the right to exploit any of the rights granted to her. 

• Guests understand and agree that he/she/they will receive no compensation for any appearances made on the Movie Making with Ranelle Golden podcast.

• Guests understand and agree to his/her/their name, image, and voice being used on Movie Making with Ranelle Golden, including any advertising or promotion material for this podcast.

• Guests agree to release and discharge Ranelle Golden from any and all liability arising from or in connection to the making, producing, reproducing, distributing, publishing, and promotion by any means or otherwise using the Movie Making with Ranelle Golden podcast production.
